Drifters was phenomenal in making sure we had our umbrella/chairs setup each morning. Regular text communication to advise if there would be a delay due to the high tide and even giving us back the delayed time on the back end of the day to ensure we got what we paid for. Not having to battle an umbrella like we typically do took major frustration out of our vacation; that alone made it worth the money.

Ian is a total pro and has created the ultimate beach rental company with DRIFTERS.  Researched a few options but was a no brainer to rent bikes from them. He and his crew provided delivery/pickup and also safe biking routes from our house. Loved riding the custom blue bike around town and seeing other DRIFTERS bikes along the way. What steps should I take before my rental pickup time?

Scheduled pickups are approximate. If you need an earlier pickup, feel free to call or text.‍

Prepare Rentals for Pickup‍

Rinse all rentals and lock them up in the agreed pickup area.‍

Ensure rentals are in the same condition as received.

How do I rent a bike or beach equipment?

Renting a bike, beach equipment or reserving your luxury beach setup is easy! Start your reservation, select the items you want, choose your rental dates, and proceed to checkout. You can also give us a call at (904) 315-6150 to make a reservation over the phone.

How does your free delivery and pickup services work?

We offer free delivery and pickup services to your vacation spot, whether it's a home, condo, RV park, campsite, or hotel. Just let us know the address, gate code if necessary, any other details, and we'll make sure your rentals are ready upon your arrival.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery, and pickup services within the greater St. Augustine! Covering Anastasia Island, St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, Hammock Beach Resort area, Vilano, and S. Ponte Vedra (South of SPV Recreation area). Just provide your location, and we’ll handle the rest!
